Cowhide manual dyeing

For the ancient method of coloring, milk vegetable-tanned calf leather aged 3 to 5 months was used, because the pores of the cowhide at this time were just opened, and the absorbency and permeability were just right.

When the selected cowhide and mature craftsmen are available, it will take a long time to see the finished product.Ancient dyeing requires the master to dye the skin hundreds of times from different angles and strengths, and finally it can form the desired effect.

According to the changes in temperature and humidity in different seasons, it takes an average of 5 days to complete the coloring of the cowhide.
